New Client Assessment

We offer a 30 minute free consultation for first time clients which includes time to talk about individual goals and needs, and time to answer any questions you may have.​

1-on-1 Sessions

Private 1-hour training session built around an individual’s needs. Exercises include strength exercises, muscular endurance exercises, cardiovascular exercises, plyometrics, and hand-eye coordination drills.

  • $80/session Once per week
  • $75/session Twice per week
  • $70/session Three or more per week

2-on-1 Sessions

Private 1-hour session for two clients to workout together. Exercises are similar to 1-on-1 sessions, but will focus on working together to accomplish individual goals.

  • $50 per person

Group Session (4 Clients per session)

Group classes are great for clients looking to meet new friends and gain confidence while exercising. Exercises include group activities, plyometrics, weight training, and cardiovascular exercises.
